Our guarantee is that all claims will be settled within fourteen days from the date of signing the discharge form, provided all premiums are paid as agreed.
Documents vary by claim type. For motor claims: police report, photos, driving licence. For health claims: medical reports, receipts. For fire/burglary: police report, inventory, photos. Upload all relevant documents when submitting.

A discharge form is a document you sign when you agree to the settlement amount. Once signed, the 14-day settlement clock begins.
Yes. As directed by the Reserve Bank of Malawi, all premiums must be paid within thirty days of commencement of cover unless another payment mode has been agreed.
